Losing your hair can be a devastating experience. A full, healthy head of hair is a sign of youth and if yours begins to thin it can be the first sign that you are maturing. For some people they view it as a sign of older age setting in and the effects are not only cosmetic but psychological as well.

Hair loss can be stopped. If you are looking for a cure for hair loss you’ll need to decide on which technique is best for you and your particular situation.

One cause of hair loss is a poor diet. Therefore it would seem obvious that the cure for hair loss in this case is to adjust the diet. If a person is not eating healthy every part of their body will be impacted, including the hair.

There are some vitamins and minerals that are essential to healthy hair and if you eat foods that are rich in them, you’ll have the most natural cure for hair loss.

Some of those important elements are Vitamin C, all the B Vitamins and essential fatty acids. Although these can all be taken in a supplement form, the body absorbs them better if they are consumed through food.

Changing your diet to incorporate these elements can have an impact on your thinning hair. As you adapt to these dietary changes you can also include more water in your diet. Water is important in the growth and maintenance of healthy hair and drinking a full eight glasses of water each day is also a good cure for hair loss.

There are many prescribed medications that claim to be a cure for hair loss. Some are taken internally in the form of a pill or capsule. Many are creams or lotions that are applied to the scalp to stimulate hair growth.

It’s important to consult with a physician who understands that biology of hair loss. He or she will first need to determine what the underlying cause of the hair loss is. From there, they can effectively prescribe a treatment for it.

Of course if you’ve ever watched television late in the evening you’ve been subjected to infomercials that advertise a cure for hair loss. They show models with before and after pictures. The results seem outstanding and it’s easy to want to call immediately to start the treatment as soon as possible.

Although many of these products might work as promised, not all do. Your best course of action is to consult with a medical professional and find the cause of the hair loss. Once you do this you’ll be on the right path to finding a cure.

The immediate process that causes balding is the existence of dihydrotestosterone in the scalp. The main villain of this story is testosterone (DHT is its derivative) - DHT is created when testosterone contacts the follicles. This means that women are fairly safe, but most men are in danger of the hair loss. DHT prevents proper nutrition of the follicle and thickens the scalp, limiting the amount of blood that arrives there. Taken together, these are enough to cause hair to lose strength and eventually fall off.

This was the bad news. The good news is that you are not doomed. The scientists know much more about mechanisms of hair loss and they have devised a set of nutritional supplements which can stop or even reverse the process.

Weapons Against DHT

The most important nutrient for your hair is undoubtedly zinc. It can be found on various types of food, including wheat germ, egg yolks, or red meat, but still a lot of people do not intake enough zinc to keep their hair safe. The main role of zinc is relaxing muscles and make them less prone to stress. This helps the organism remain safe from DHT-induced effects (tightened muscles on your head). Just remember to avoid overdosing zinc - a daily intake of more than 12 mg of zinc ends in reduced iron absorption and increased risk of anemia.

Next, there is Vitamin H, a component of the B complex vitamin group. It helps hair growth and is directly responsible for their strength, as it is responsible for the fatty acid metabolism and fueling the growth speed of hair as well as the rate the damages are being repaired. The only problem is that most natural sources of Vitamin H (or biotin, as it is sometimes called) are also incredibly rich in fat.

Another important nutrient which can help you heal your hair is proteins. They are the hair construction material, thus it is necessary to keep them strong and thick, making them less prone to damages done by DHT. Proteins are probably the most commonly used nutrient to prevent thinning of hair. On the downside, they are not dream solution to all your problems: proteins can’t help you regrow your hair on bald patches.

Carotene, carotenoid and retinol - all those names really mean the same chemical compound: Vitamin A. While most people associate carotene to improving our vision, this vitamin is also a great way to reduce the amount of DHT. Carotene takes control over sebum production, keeping it on the optimum level - enough to moisturize the strands, but not enough to block the skin pores. With the normalized sebum production, DHT has much less chances to cause any lasting damages. The vitamin can be supplied through a well-planned diet, if only it’s abundant with yellow and orange vegetables and fish oil. Just make sure that you don’t stray too far from the recommended daily intake (2500 IU), carotene may get toxic if it’s overabundant in the body.

Vitamin E is another helpful amino acid. As with Vitamin A, its effects are much wider than just helping hair. Vitamin E’s main role is to stimulate blood circulation and rejuvenate the skin. By promoting blood circulation, it counters the negative effects of DHT and keeps the flow of nutrients into the hair on the scalp. It can be easily found in nuts, soybeans and many other food products. The only problem is that vitamin can’t be used excessively. Everything over 400 IU a day may start rising your blood pressure!

The major problem is, of course, keeping the dosage. As many of those nutrients may prove to be dangerous is taken excessively, devising a healthy diet which would include every nutrient in the right amount is very difficult - especially that there are many other things you should take into consideration while preparing it. That’s why it is usually much better to opt for a complete hair nutritional supplement, such as ProFollica system supplement. ProFollica contains everything which is necessary to keep your scalp and hair nourished, as well as several other ingredients that keep DHT at bay. If you’re not sure about it, or if you want to learn more about it. - 718

The state of your hair can be greatly influenced by what you eat. You need to realize that a healthy diet affects not only your body but your hair. The human hair needs some amounts of protein to be able to maintain the natural growth cycle.

Common baldness is a condition that affects men more than it affects women. Common baldness is the most common cause of hair loss in men. Common baldness is a hair loss condition that causes men to start losing their hair at an early age.

Hair replacement surgery consists of a different type of techniques. The type of technique to be used in a hair replacement surgery depends to a large extent on the scale of hair loss and the type of hair loss. You must be conversant with the different techniques involved in hair transplant surgery if you are to select the one best suited to your case.

When a teenager starts losing his or her hair, the causes are usually not far fetched. A teenager who is ill may start losing hair because of that illness. Some teenagers may start losing their hair because of emotional stress. But whatever you suspect the cause to me, see your doctor immediately for help.

Female pattern baldness is not as bad as male pattern baldness. Female pattern baldness does not involve frontal hair loss as male pattern boldness does. For females, baldness constitutes a gradual thinning of the hair over the years.

The leading cause of hair loss in men is an imbalance in the dihyrotestorone (DHI) levels. The dihydrotesterone is a derivative of testosterone that causes the blood supply network to the hair to be impaired resulting in hair loss. Lack of circulation to the hair can lead to hair loss.

The effects of balding can be devastating for some people. You may decide to withdraw from the social scene because of your baldness. To cope with baldness, try joining a balding support group as it can let you know that you are not alone in your problem.

Hair loss in kids can easily be treated especially if it is caused by a fungal disease. Try as much as possible to help your kids cope with the fact that they may be loosing their hair as it can rattle them more than a bit. Hair loss in kids can be as demoralizing for them as it is for adults. - 718

Today, men and women no longer have to suffer with hair loss for the rest of their lives. Now, we have several options for hair loss baldness treatment available in the market. You should remember though that just with any other product on earth, hair loss treatments can also be scams. Here are some good tips to help prevent getting scammed.

Check Website Data

A lot of hair loss baldness treatment products are now sold online. Before you blow your money on a product, check its website first. A hair loss baldness treatment product website should have a clear and comprehensive account of the causes of hair loss and how its product ingredients can address these causes. Furthermore, the site data should appeal to your logic and sense of reason. Do the pieces of information make sense? Is the solution presented in an organized, complete and sensible manner?

Perform Your Own Research

Not everything the manufacturer say may be 100% true. Before you buy a hair loss baldness treatment product, cross check what you have gathered from a website. Perform your own research. Look for reputable and reliable online scientific sites and journals. This is one way to see if a product site truly has the right information and if their solution has a reasonable probability of working.

Visit several product sites first. This will give you an opportunity to compare different solutions with each other and settle on the one that you feel would be perfect for you. This is also a chance for you to compare product prices.

Read Reviews

To determine the effectiveness and general popularity of the product, read product reviews and ratings. These are useful tools created by real consumers and product users. This is one way for you to be able to gather first hand information on what people have experienced with a product.

Be cautious though. Some hair loss baldness treatment product reviews are ac actually manufacturer generated. They may seem like unbiased reviews but are actually really in favor of a product. Real reviews would contain both the pros and cons of a hair loss baldness treatment product. You could also join interactive forums sites where a lot of users are more spontaneous.

Look for Contact Information

When you enter a hair loss baldness treatment product site, one of the first things that you should look for is the contact information. Scam sites have bogus or fake contact numbers and addresses. If there is a toll free number, try calling the number and asking the person on the other line real questions about hair loss and about the product.

Check Policies

Of course, you may be tempted to buy a product with money-back guarantee. What some consumers do not realize is that this may just be a marketing strategy. In the end, it may not be so easy to get your money back. There may be some hidden conditions that you may not have been aware of. Meticulously check, read and analyze their return policies.

Wrong information on hair loss cure can lead to ineffective treatment. Want to get the straight facts? Here are some important facts that might help you get the right treatment for your specific hair loss condition.

Fact #1: Androgenetic alopecia is the most common form of hair loss.

Once and for all, it has been determined that 95% of hair loss cases that need a hair loss cure are caused by genes and hormones. Some individuals are born with a genetic sensitivity to the hormone DHT that causes hair loss. DHT is present in both men and women in varying amounts. It binds itself to the receptors in the hair follicles and causes the follicles to shrink. Existing hair will therefore fall out and new hair will be unable to replace whatever is lost. It is because of this main cause of hair loss that a hair loss cure could either focus on blocking DHT or nourishing the scalp and hair.

Fact #2: There are other causes of hair loss.

Hair loss condition that demands hair loss cure may be a result of some other condition. Some serious disorders and diseases such as anemia, diabetes and autoimmune disorders could lead to some degree of hair loss. People who also experience extreme physical or emotional stress may also experience temporary hair loss.

Fact #3: There are medical hair loss cure options.

There are medications available for individuals suffering from androgenetic alopecia or hair loss. So far, there are two hair loss cure medicines approved for hair loss for men and one for women. As some would know though, these medicines usually take time to take effect and may not always provide overly dramatic results. Some also say that there are minor side effects.

Surgery is an option. This option is believed to be the most effective. It is however, quite expensive. Common sense would say that surgical methods also naturally have their own risks of side effects.

Fact #4: There are good hair loss cure products but there are also scams.

Natural methods of treatment are also popular. If you are not too enthusiastic over medical hair loss cure options, then you can always go for natural choices. You should be careful though. Although there are really effective natural blockers and nourishing products, there are also a handful of scam products from manufacturers who are only after ripping consumers off of their hard earned cash. The products that you should be most wary of are those that promise miracle cures.

Perform your own product and ingredient research before you use a product. Make sure too to do a thorough product site and content review.

Fact #5: It still makes sense to take care of temporary causes.

A genetic predisposition to hair loss may be difficult to prevent. In this case, nutritional nourishment may not always provide complete hair loss cure. The hair however is still very much a part of our bodies. It still therefore makes a lot of sense to take care of it through proper nutrition, exercise and good habits. Maintain a good diet rich in complex carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables. To ensure that the nutrients reach your scalp and hair, do regular aerobic exercises to help improve blood flow.

Today, men and women don’t have to suffer hair loss without being able to do anything about it. Science has now provided us with different solutions for the condition. Ironically, a lot of these possible answers show a return to natural hair loss treatment.

Hair Loss Treatment

Modern medicine has thankfully developed medicines and surgical procedures to remedy hair loss. Although these medical solutions are truly effective, there are some people who would still prefer natural hair loss treatment. There may be a variety of reasons.

Surgical Options - Surgical procedures meant to treat hair loss are expensive. They also expose clients to a variety of risks inherent in surgical procedures. For a lot of average individuals therefore, medication is a better, more affordable solution to hair loss. Unfortunately, there are only two medicines that are FDA approved to treat hair loss. For women, only one of these can be safely used. Medication has also been known to cause some side effects in some users. These reasons are why some turn to natural hair loss treatment solutions.

Natural Solutions

Another possible treatment is going for natural solutions that claim to be able to remedy hair loss. Not all of these solutions however will be effective for everybody. A person in search for a natural hair loss treatment should carefully test and assess which solutions truly work for his unique hair loss condition.

Massage - Massaging the scalp is believed to promote proper blood flow. This in turn is necessary to help the nutrients reach the scalp and hair strands. Some experts say that there is no clear proof that this natural hair loss treatment is effective. For some though, who may be suffering from stress induced hair loss, a gentle massage may truly be helpful.

Exercise - Just like a good massage, regular exercise is also believed to assist in promoting proper blood flow that is crucial for nutrient delivery and absorption. Again, this natural hair loss treatment has been hotly debated over. Common sense would tell you though that if exercise is generally good for the body, then it must have good effects on the hair too.

Right Diet - There is no doubt that a proper diet plays a big role in natural hair loss treatment. Studies have shown that individuals who are deficient in some nutrients run the risk of losing some of their hair. The obvious rule is that whatever is great nourishment for your body is also advisable for your hair. This means that you definitely have to cut down on fats, sugar and junk food. Fill your diet with foods rich in protein, complex carbohydrates, iron, zinc, B-complex vitamins and other nutrients.

Taking Supplements - Since we can’t always get the recommended amount of essential nutrients from our daily diet, some form of natural supplementation is recommended. Take vitamin and mineral supplements. Other individuals also prefer to boost the effects of nutrient supplementation with additional herbal ingredients that have been proven crucial to natural hair loss treatment.

Proper Hair Care - Hair care is not always seen as a natural hair loss treatment. You should however avoid overusing hair coloring and treatment products to avoid hair drying and damage. You should also avoid tight hairstyles to prevent hair loss due to traction.

Select only the best (www.prevent-hairloss.info/provillus-review.html) natural hair loss treatment available in the market.
The quest to find the most effective solution to hair loss is one that has the medical and scientific community the world over hard at work. And while there are certainly some very effective pharmaceutical type hair loss treatments available today, for many people looking to avoid the possible side-effects of prescription drugs and hair loss medications, natural vitamins for hair loss can provide an effective and healthy alternative.

While there are obviously many different causes of hair loss, a deficiency of certain nutrients and vitamins that have an influence on preventing hair loss, and a role in maintaining healthy normal hair, has been found to be one of the main causes of hair loss today.

While all vitamins are essential for optimum health, as far as the health of your hair is concerned the vitamins for hair loss that need to be considered as most important are the B group of vitamins. To prevent hair loss and maintain strong and healthy hair the main B vitamins we need to have adequate supplies of are Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Inositol and Biotin. If there is a significant hair loss problem these B vitamins can be taken in high doses to help stop further loss and encourage new growth.

Research has shown that Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid are especially important, with B6 being clinically proven to stimulate hair growth when taken in a sufficient dosage while long-term deficiency of Folic Acid has been shown to cause total baldness in some cases.

But, there are some conditions where taking large amounts of these or other nutrients can in fact cause a worsening of the hair loss condition.

One such nutrient is Vitamin A which has been clinically proven to cause hair loss when taken for long periods with a high dosage.

What is needed then it carefully put together hairless nutritional programme that includes a specific. Binding supplementation. It is necessary if the daily diet is adequate, any addition of a complex B vitamin should be all that required. It must be remembered that vitamin B in all its forms is water soluble so daily doses required.

Dosage of various nutrients when used therapeutic li always needs to be monitored to make sure you’re getting the maximum benefit from a supplements. That being said the following dosages should be thought of as a minimum daily dose for most people looking to use vitamin B as part of their hair loss nutritional programme. Inositol 500-1000mg, Pyridoxine (VitaminB6) 50mg, Folic Acid 1mg. Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) 50mg, Biotin 25mcg. Niacin (Vitamin B3) 100-300mg.

As good as our diet may be it is not always possible to get the necessary levels of these natural hair loss of items from our diet alone, hence the need to supplement. However there are a number of foods that if you make sure to make your daily diet you may lessen the need to supplement and ensure that you are getting of the nutrients you need to your hair loss treatment. Some of these foods are:

Lentils, green peas, walnuts, sunflower seeds, carrots, soybeans, oats, brown rice, bulgur, cauliflower, brewer’s yeast, bran, peas, nuts, eggs and beans are fantastic sources of the essential natural hair loss vitamins that your body needs to combat hair loss and encourage re-growth of your hair.

As well as the specific hair loss nutrients we have discussed there are a number of vital nutrients that we need to make sure we are getting adequate supplies of. These nutrients are essential for normal functioning of the body and if they are missing it will undermine any hair loss treatment program we are using.

Two other essential nutrients are Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Vitamin E carries oxygen throughout the body and plays a major role in circulation of blood throughout the body. This includes the scalp of course, where adequate supply of blood is needed to help keep our hair thick and healthy.

Similarly Vitamin C also has an effect on circulation in the scalp and helps to maintain healthy and strong capillaries through which blood flows to the hair follicles. 2000mg would be the recommended daily dose.

When beginning your vitamins for hair loss program start with the recommended daily dose and slowly increase your dosage until you get to the recommended therapeutic dose (usually significantly stronger dosage than daily maintenance dose). There is no need to overdose here as this can create just as many problems as the nutrient deficiencies you are trying to treat.

Sometimes it all gets too complicated and you need the help of a trained outsider. You might consider visiting a naturopath or a nutritionist or dietician. These people can provide you with a very detailed hair loss treatment plan which will include the specific nutrients you will need and the quantities you will need them in to help treat your hair loss successfully.

Causes for the loss of hair appear to be the major driving force of investigation to the health professionals because of the increase in the hair loss rate every day. The effect that the hair loss in the social life of a person poses as a serious matter that needs to be attended as soon as possible. In addition to that many experts consider hair loss poses as a symptom to any dreadful disease. Though the hair issues are associated more with the women, the hair loss in both men and women occur approximately in the same rate. But it is the pattern in which the hair loss occurs in them that differs. The general term used for hair loss is Alopecia and various sub-kinds of Alopecia are noticed depending mainly on the basic cause of that hair loss.

Before going deep further regarding the hair loss, a basic idea on it is very much needed. The scalp of the human normally has approximately 1,000,000 hair follicles that slightly vary depending on the race. Everyday 50-100 hairs fall down in the normal case and ‘hair loss’ is considered only when it affects half of the hair. The most popular form of hair loss is Androgenetic alopecia, popularly known to be as baldness. This particular form is considered hair loss mainly due to the genetic reasons.

Apart from hereditary reasons, many physiological changes can also attribute the loss of hair. Many diseases such as Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), Addison’s disease, Rosselli-Gulienetti syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, vitiligo and erythroderma will affect the hair growth and result hair loss. The hormone imbalance also causes hair loss and endocrine disorders such as thyroid disorder and pituitary disorder will badly affect the hair. Also, the ladies will experience hair loss along with the situations of hormone fluctuations in the body such as child birth and menopause. The other diseases such as iron deficiency anemia, autoimmune diseases, SLE, and AIDS, also may result the hair loss. The hair loss due to any of such internal and external stress factors are generalized and called as telogen effluvium.

Telogen effluvium type of hair loss can also be resulted because of the intense mental stress and other psychological disorders. Anagen effluvium type of hair loss is caused because of the toxicity for the scalp tissues as after effect of the intake of certain medications or poisoning. The medications for the diseases such as arthritis, depression, heart problems, gout, high blood pressure, and depression have shown hair loss effects. Cancer treatment, especially chemotherapy or intoxication can also result in hair loss. The fungal infections in scalp can also be a probable reason for hair loss. Alopecia areata, the hair losses in patches, can be mainly due to any such infection. Other skin diseases such as eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis can also be some causes of hair loss.

Some of the remarkable hair loss conditions are traction alopecia and richotillomania, in which the voluntary action of the person will result hair loss. In addition to these conditions, the chemical treatments, and strain to the hair will also adversely affect the hair and result hair loss. The modern diet modification is another important reason for the hair loss. Hair requires protein and minerals such as iron, selenium and zinc for the proper growth of the hair. The diet supplements may not supply a high protein food or minerals for growth and its deficiency will lead to the weakening of the hair and ultimately hair loss. But, the over supply of certain nutrients such as Vitamin A will also cause hair loss.

There are certain factors of life leading to the hair loss in an individual like the strenuous conditions in which he works such as the intense sunlight and the dust. The busy life schedule of an individual also can add up to the causes of hair loss. However, loss of hair can occur due to several reasons. But to acquire a disease-free condition, proper maintenance of the hair and timely healthy diet alone can prevent much of the above cases. But it is always good to have the advice of an expert to know whether dihydrotestosterone has accounted for taking the initiative for hair loss.

Hair loss does not only plague men. It can happen to women, too. It is not easy though to look for the right female hair loss treatment. There are limited medical options but there are numerous supplements that claim to be able to solve female hair loss. This current state of female hair loss treatment options makes things difficult. Here are some reminders to help you find a good treatment.

Ruling Out

Before you get your hands on just any female hair loss treatment, it is important to first determine the cause of your condition. This will ensure that you get the right treatment specifically designed for your hair loss case. It is true that most hair loss cases among women is known as androgenetic alopecia and has something to do with genes and hormones but you could be part of the minority who needs a special kind of female hair loss treatment.

Alopecia Factor - Among other kinds of female hair loss are alopecia aratea and traction alopecia. The former is an autoimmune disorder in which the immune system mistakenly attacks the hair follicles. The later condition is caused by tight braiding or hairstyling.

Other Causes - Other conditions that need special female hair loss treatment solutions may be caused by diseases such as diabetes, lupus and anemia. Hair loss can also be the result of certain medications such as those used in chemotherapy. Among some women the cause of temporary hair loss could be plain and simple stress. In any case, knowing the exact cause of your condition will protect you from blowing your money away on the wrong female hair loss treatment.

Remember the Pattern

The most effective way to determine androgenetic alopecia is to look at patterns. Always remember that women with androgenetic alopecia do not look the same as men who have the same condition. Males may eventually lose a large portion of their hair, resulting in an obvious bald area or spot. Women however only manifest hair loss through a diffuse thinning. If you have hair loss that leads to bald patches, your condition might not be androgenetic alopecia. It is a sign that you need special female hair loss treatment.

Pick Between Two Modes

Choose between two modes of female hair loss treatment once you have determined the cause of your condition. You can either go for medical treatments or for natural ones. Medically, you can only really opt to have hair surgery or take the only FDA approved medication for female hair loss.

More Options - There are far more options for natural hair loss treatments. Most product options however are labeled as supplements. They may require further scientific studies to prove their safety and effectiveness.

Research

Know more about the alternative before using it. Perform your own research on the herbs and nutrients contained in the product of your choice. This will ensure that you do have the right ingredients to help you with your condition. Remember too that men and women have different systems. Some hair loss product ingredients for men may not be safe or advisable for women.

Losing one’s hair can be tragic for anyone. If you are wondering why all of a sudden you notice more hair strands on your pillow than usual, your reason for hair loss might be any of these top causes.

Hormones

Hormonal changes is the top reason for hair loss in an individual. In most cases is the hormone DHT which damages the hair follicles. This is naturally present in men and those who go bald do so because of both the hormone and their genes. In women, hormonal fluctuations could lead to lower than normal estrogen levels. Estrogen is supposed to balance and regulate DHT. With less estrogen, DHT has a stronger effect.

Severe Illness

Thyroid and Infections - A serious thyroid disorder could be your reason for hair loss. Aside form thyroid problems though, other severe illnesses such as high fever and infections could shock your system and cause your hair to temporarily fall out at a faster rate.

Nutrient Deficiency

Vitamin Deficient - As some studies would show, being deficient in some vitamins and minerals could be the reason for hair loss. Individuals who have diets low in protein and some B-complex vitamins may experience temporary hair loss. The lack of iron or the inability of the body to completely absorb iron may also cause your hair to shed faster. The only logical solution to this problem would be to eat right and take supplementation.

Medications

We all know that certain cancer treatment can cause massive hair loss. There are however, other medication types that could be the reason for hair loss. Some steroids and blood thinners are examples of these medicines.

Major Operation

A major operation is both a physically and emotionally traumatic experience for some. A person could still continue losing hair even a month or more after the operation. Often though, a person will stop losing his hair as soon as he completely recuperates from the surgical procedure.

Stress

There are some sources that try to downplay stress as a cause for hair loss. Stressful situations however could lead to a condition called telogen effluvium. Constant and extreme bombardment of physical or emotional stress could push some of the hair strands in the growing phase prematurely into the resting phase. Eventually, these hair strands will begin to shed.

Infection

It’s possible to have the scalp infected with ringworms. This unsightly and uncomfortable reason for hair loss is a form of scalp infection.

Hairstyles

You don’t get hair loss with moderate use of hairstyling products. It is generally agreed upon though that using too much of these hair products and rigorous hair blow drying could damage the hair severely. In some people the main reason for hair loss would be certain hairstyles. Tight braiding and pony tailing could uproot hair strands. In severe cases, the scalp injury could develop scar tissue in which case it would be difficult to re-grow hair.

Auto-Immune Disorder

Alopecia aratea is said to be fairly uncommon but it is still considered to be a possible major reason for hair loss in certain individuals. In this condition, the immune system mistakenly attacks the follicle cells. The attack damages the cells and causes hair loss.
